Vintage, ~WWII British 'Brodie' Military Helmet.~
Original, from 1940 (dated).  By  Joseph Sankey & Sons
inside stamped:   'J.S.S.'  (see close-ups)
Steel, British Military Helmet.  'Doughboy' style
Original Liner/Headband is still intact & appears to be in very nice shape.
also, original Leather Buckle chinstrap is intact.
appears Helmet may have been re-painted at some point (?)..not sure if that's the original paint.
