    1990's circa "Shiela"  Seymour Mann Connoisseur Collection doll 16 inches tall in a beautiful baby blue dress. Features include: hand painted porcelain head arms and legs, hand finished costume with lavish detail of bead necklace blue hair bow lace collar, white belt w/blue bows, puffy pleated sleeves, lace trim at bottom of dress and patent leather shoes with white bows. This is a beautiful blue eyed blonde doll. She even has a white drawstring bag w/blue bow in her hand. All tags are included along with the certificate of authenticity and original packaging. Her stand has a nicely finished wooden base. She is number 134/5000 and has the Margie Costa, designer, signature on her neck.
