    Description

    Original British MkIV helmet. The helmet is complete, with a nice 1952 date and maker mark in the shell. It has been brush painted a sort of brown camo. Over that is a thin rope and clip contraption for foliage. Is it original to the helmet? Is it from the period? I don't know if it is original, I doubt it. But its components seem to be from the period.
