    Description

    Late 19th Century Kutani Hand Painted Japanese Scenes Red & Gold Creamer & Sugar
    Late 19th century Japanese Kutani fluted porcelain creamer and sugar. Decorated with hand painted scenes depicting Japanese figures framed in gold gilding. Red with gold gilt overlay along the edges and to the handles and finial. Unmarked.
    Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
    The sugar measures approximately 6 1/4 inches wide from handle to handle x 5 3/8 inches tall to the top of the lid finial.
    The creamer measures approximately 5 1/4 inches wide from spout to handle x 4 7/8 inches tall.
    These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the pieces.
