    Shipping:
    I recently updated my ebay shipping policies. I have given the option of free first class shipping when possible as well as and free standard shipping. Between the two the default will always be first class shipping but in the event where I can not use that option I will go over to standard shipping. First class shipping is usually for item that are less the 1 lb. On some listings I have the option of Priority mail shipping which is optional at cost. I charge whatever the price is I do not profit at all from shipping. If you prefer another shipping method or have any questions about shipping please reach out to me!
    Return Rules and Exceptions:
    I have had bad experiences in the past with returns which is why I have a very strict policy now. The only way for me to accept a return is if an item is not as described. Please not that it is extremely rare due to the fact that; I inspect every single item myself, as well as take the pictures, write the description, pack, and deliver item to the post office. With that being said mistakes can happen as I am only human and if I miss something I will accommodate accordingly. If I see any flaws or blemishes on an item it will be shown in the pictures and written in the description so be sure to take a look at those.
    Returns within 1-7 days of delivery date buyer pays return label (No Restocking Fee)
    Returns within 8-30 days buyer pays return label and 18% restocking fee or greater correlating to any damage or changes made to product. Must contact me before to help resolve the situation.

    For items that are accurately described the buyer pays the actual shipping cost that we paid to ship the item and any return shipping expenses to get the item back to us. Some of our items have “FREE SHIPPING”.  Although shipping is free for the buyer, We still pays for shipping and insurance for these items.  In the case of free shipping we will let the buyer know the actual shipping cost and this amount will be deducted from the refund.
    All items must be returned in the same condition they were in when sent to the buyer. Returns will not be accepted for: new items that have been used or washed, new items with the tags removed, items that have been physically altered while in the buyer’s possession or items damaged by the buyer. A refund will be sent as soon as the item is received by us, assuming that all stated conditions have been met.
    Item must be returned in EXACTLY the same condition as received. For example if a brand new item was delivered in its own packaging and the only way to get the item is to peal the tape from the original packaging. Once you start pealing the tape to open the box you see the paper of the box is sticking to the tape and coming off the box damaging the packaging. You use the item briefly and then you decide you are not interested in the item anymore.
    With every purchase you should always consider what should I do in the event of a return and how to be properly prepared. Something to be aware of is how to maintain the Exact condition of how the item was received.
    In the scenario given one should consider cutting the tape instead of pealing it to insure no damage is done to the items packaging.
    Every return request issued 8 days after delivery is subject to a standard 18% restocking fee , as well as a correlating increase to any damage done to the item or its packaging.
    Please message me before you submit a return request. I can help give an idea of an increase in the restocking fee if necessary otherwise it will be a standard 18% restocking fee. I may request pictures or a detailed description of the item before shipment so I can let you know in advance what will the restocking fee will be to avoid any surprises.
    You should also be 100% sure when buying a product that it is the desired item of your choice.
    I work extremely hard and very long hours to provide top quality listings. I work very hard to take high quality pictures capturing many angles of the time and showing any flaws or blemishes that I see. I am very transparent when it comes to making listings on ebay. I also do my best to describe the item I am listing as much as I can. Also stating any flaws or blemishes I see. I hope to receive similar treatment for other ebay users!
    Once an item is delivered it is not my responsibility from that point. Obviously I want everyone to enjoy your purchase for as long as possible but I have had certain people pull some tricks on me in the past I am sure you can understand my sensitivity to this subject. It can easily be a situation where a buyer claims something false against me where I will have to honor their request. Every item is tested, cleaned, and inspected before being packed. When a buyer claims something unusual that has not been noticed before one can understand that something seems strange. The main reason for me to accept a return is if I misdescribed an item leaving out a flaw, blemishes, stains, functionality, etc.
    However in a case where some mistake is made by me which can happen I am human like you I would try and accommodate the customer in every way I can.
    I trend that I noticed recently is, buyers making false claims such as; never receiving an item when tracking details shows it was delivered, or making false claims about condition of item upon delivery like it being broken, not working properly, or being stained. Something worth noting once again is every item is inspected for all of those issues right before packaging. Every item listed gets its picture taken, description written, and then sits on a shelf untouched till it gets reinspected again right before being packaged. I would like to be clear in advance for any one of these “excuses” I am very limited in the amount of help I can provide in those situations. In terms of the tracking issue, once an item says it is delivered it is usually not in my control anymore and there are not many ways I can help. Upon arrival claiming an item is stained or broken the reason I can not help all that much is because it is essentially your word against mine. I am fully aware of the exact state of the items I ship and someone telling me otherwise must not be telling the truth. In a situation like that for all I know you received an item as described. a mixture after you ripped, stained, broke, or anything to that item and now you request a refund saying it did not come as described. The Customer is always right that is something I live by, but there are certain scenarios where customers try and take advantage which I something I will not tolerate. Sorry to go on and on about this but I feel like it had to be said. I hope anyone who follows those practices of trying to scam any seller or ruin his rating does not see my listings.
    I accept returns but there need to be a valid reason for the return. Such as me making some sort of mistake describing the condition or functionality of the product I am selling. I am generally very descriptive when creating listings and try and provide you with the most information as possible so you know exactly what you are getting yourself into. Going over pictures is also very important. If you purchase an item with some sort of blemish and it is shown on the picture but when the item arrives you say where did this come from or why did I not see it before or mention it in the description that may void the eligibility for a return. As a seller, I believe it is the buyers responsibility to do his due diligence in figuring out exactly what to expect when purchasing any item online as I would be doing myself. Please do not make a purchase of something I have for sale knowing that you do not plan to keep it the item very long only to be returning it after a short period of time.

    I would like all my customers to know a little about be because I truly care about each and every one of you. I am twenty years old, I go to Baruch college, in New York City. My main focus these days are ebay and school. Notice how ebay was mentioned first, that is because whenever I sell something on ebay my reputation is always on the line and I would never want to do anything to jeopardize that. I have been in the online selling business for quite a while since a was a young teen. I do my best to keep myself to high standard of professionalism.     I live very close to the post office (3 blocks) and I do my best to deliver packages as soon as possible. The hours of my post office are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and 9am-2pm on Saturday. If payment clears for any purchase an hour before the post office closes it is very likely but not guaranteed to be shipped same day, otherwise it will have to go out the next day.

    Something my clients show know about me. As a young man I was exposed to and taught the importance of being charitable. I have this distinct memory of myself as a young man learning in school one day. While reading in class I Stumbled upon the line that reads, “Charity is equal in importance to all other commandments combined.” At first glance this line may not seam to mean a lot. If one thinks about all other commandments he begins to grasp the power of charity. I have a lot more to say about this but feel this might not be the best place to get this out. Long story short, it took me a long way to actually start giving back and donating hard earned money to causes when I see fit. I was skeptical on whether I should write this or not but figured it can’t hurt. I donate 20% of my profits to various charities. I keep track of all my donations on a spreadsheet very detailed. Note many products I sell are owned by others and I collect a commission. With that in mind, there are items I; keep all proceeds from (mainly personal items), keep all proceeds after expense (mainly when purchasing inventory), Keep only a percentage of sale price (mainly when selling for clients). That was a quick breakdown on the makeup of my ebay store.
