Hello and welcome! Here for your consideration is a stunning ANNIVERSARY Bachmann 4-6-0 locomotive and tender in Like New condition.
This is from a set break-up of set no. 90054,
the North Pole & Southern HOLIDAY SPECIAL Christmas set, made in limited numbers for the 2006 holiday season and sold through Sam's Club. Unique and beautiful Christmas-themed holiday livery.
The locomotive is the ANNIVERSARY edition ("Annie") of the Bachmann ten-wheeler with metal wheels, metal details, metal bell, metal side rods and valve gear, extra detailing, and a Generation 5 drivetrain. The tender also has metal wheels, metal details, and a simulated coal load. Overall, t
he loco and tender together are over 30 inches long and quite heavy.

I bought this from the original owner recently, but have decided to sell it to concentrate on my vintage LGB collection. The gentlemen I bought it from said it was run only lightly a few times.
I ran it just once, to test it for this listing. The locomotive runs perfectly in forward and reverse, the headlight works, and the sound in tender also works. Both the on/off switch and the volume control for the sound (underneath the tender) works. The tender requires a 9-volt battery (not included).
The smoke unit is untested but very clean.
The backup light on the tender does not light. I think it needs a new bulb. The only issue I see is that the small tab that holds the boiler front door closed is missing. I think this could be replaced or repaired, but the door stays closed on its own anyway as you can see in the photos.
