    Description

Up for bid is an antique saddle made by Alfred Cornish Saddlery Omaha Nebraska. Alfred Cornish  bought the Collins company sometime between 1890 and 1910, depending on where you read the history.  They made the famous Collins saddle of which I think this is one.  I cannot read the entire mark, shown in photo.  On the one side of where the leg would rest it has deep scratches, I figure this could be fixed but I am not a leather expert.  I don't know how to measure the seat so one photo shows a tape measure on the seat so you can see the length.  Other that the scratches mentioned the saddle appears to be in good condition. It is very heavy so shipping will be I in the Continental U.S.  or can be picked up in LeMars or Sioux City Iowa.  NO SHIPPING TO ALSAKA, HAWAII OR U.S. TERITORIES.
