Antique Japanese Figural Teapot Duckl Shape Ca 1900 with Rice Finial

Description

This is a unique antique Japanese figurial teapot in the shape of a duck.  The duck is made of grey pottery with embossed feathers and decorated with painted rice and its foliage.  It has a rice finial also.   It measures 3-1/2" in height, 2-1/2 x 3-1/2" oval base diameter, spout to the end of the handle is 6-1/2" and Lid diameter is 1-1/2".  Japanese marks on the bottom.
