  • Condition: AGED WEATHERED NATURAL WOOD BAR ART. ORIGINAL PIECE USED BY A SHIP CHANDLER AND REFURBISHE BY SKY CHEFS AMERICAN AIRLINES FOR THE BAR, SYMMES LANDING. THIS DISPLAY STOOD BEHIND THE ONLY BAR IN TERMINAL A CVG UNTIL THE BAR CLOSED FOR AIRPORT EXPANSION AT THE CINCINNATI AIRPORT IN 1973.

    located halfway down the single
    Terminal A at the Greater Cincinnati Airport from the 1960s to 1973.  Symmes Landing was closed with the completion of new airport terminals.
    Named after Symmes, the recognized founder of Cincinnati, Ohio.
